We are not able to arrange for order pick-up at the Nursery. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions - all 订单 are shipped.
Here in central Wisconsin, our 植物 are ready to ship in April. In order to guarantee plant survival during shipment, we ship 植物 during two “shipping-periods” a year, 当天气是“不热, 不太冷.”
SPRING PLANT 航运 - In the spring, we ship 植物 from mid-April until early June.
FALL PLANT 航运 - In the fall, we ship 植物 from mid-September until early October.

SEED 航运 - We ship 种子 year-round. 种子 订单 are always shipped within a week of your order being placed. An exception to this is the last two weeks of December when we are closed for the holidays.

During the checkout process, you will choose a 航运周 对于任何含有植物的订单. When you've finished placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email which will include the 航运周 (dates) that you selected during checkout. We are not able to schedule or guarantee a specific day for your delivery. When your plant order ships from our greenhouse you will receive an email that includes a link to track your package.
Our plant-shipping schedule is filled on a first-come first-served basis. The earlier in the season you order, the more 航运周 你必须从中选择.

We are serious about making sure that your 植物 arrive alive, healthy and in good condition. Whether shipped in an actively growing state, or during dormancy, successful delivery is essential! Boxed 植物 are carefully packed with "excelsior," a compostable material made of sustainably sourced Poplar. The material is filled around the sides and on top, to minimize movement of the 植物 during shipping. Depending upon the species and time of year, 植物 may be trimmed-back to better fit into the box. 植物根系 The first example below shows a vigorous looking white root.
